EASY VEGAN PROTEIN PANCAKES
1 Scoop your favorite flavor vegan protein
2 egg whites
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbls stevia or stevia drops
1 tsp vanilla
1tsp cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix and bake in a mug for 60 seconds in microwave or cook in skillet, make 1 large or 4 inch smaller ones.
Top with your favorite nut butter for fat source and waldens farms syrup.
