DEFICIT BARBELL ROLL OUTS
COACHING NOTES
- I DID SOME LONGER LOOKING REPS TO SHOW HOW YOU INCORPORATE MORE CORE INTO THE MOVEMENT. THEN, SOME SHORTER ONES FOCUSING MORE ON THE LATS SIMILAR TO A PULLOVER TYPE MOVEMENT.
- USE A LOW BENCH NOT TOO HIGH OFF THE FLOOR
- USE A GRIP AT LEAST SHOULDER WIDTH APART
- KEEP YOUR WRISTS OVER THE TOP OF THE BARBELL AS YOU ROLL IT OUT
- MAKE SURE YOU SPRAWL OUT FULLY INTO THE MOVEMENT. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO THIS- GO TO A MORE CONVENTIONAL PULLOVER MOVEMENT WITH A CABLE, BARBELL, OR DB.
