- I USED A FLAT BENCH AND POSITIONED IT SO THE BAR WILL CONTACT DIRECTLY AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR CHEST
- MAKE SURE YOU TUCK YOUR ELBOWS IN SO YOU CAN LOAD UP YOUR TRICEPS
- FAT GRIPS ARE JUST SOMETHING I ADD IN TO HELP WITH OVERALL ARM DEVELOPMENT. NOT A BAD IDEA TO GET SOME AND INCORPORATE INTO YOUR LIFTS.
