POSITIVE BAND LOADED BENCH PRESS
COACHING NOTES
- I RAN RESISTANCE BANDS UNDER THE BENCH AND AROUND THE BAR TO DRASTICALLY INCREASE THE RESISTANCE OF THE MOVEMENT. I USED 2 MONSTER BANDS (RED)
- LOWER BAR SLOWLY TO THE CHEST. THEN EXPLOSIVELY PRESS BUT REMAIN IN CONTROL.
- YOU CAN’T GET LAZY ON THIS MOVEMENT OR YOU’LL GET BURIED UNDER THE BAR.
