  • TUCK SHOULDERS INTO PRESS POSITION AND MAINTAIN THAT THROUGHOUT THE SET
  • CAN BE DONE AS SHOWN (PRESS ONE – HOLD ONE) OR JUST WITH A SINGLE DB AT A TIME
  • TRY TO AVOID FULL LOCKOUT AT THE TOP OF THE PRESS (TIME UNDER TENSION)

  • USE A WIDE DIP GRIP
  • PUT YOUR BODY OVER THE MOVEMENT MORE TO MAKE IT MORE CHEST DOMINANT. DON’T STAY STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN.
  • I USED FAT GRIPS TO INCREASE DIFFICULTY
