- TUCK SHOULDERS INTO PRESS POSITION AND MAINTAIN THAT THROUGHOUT THE SET
- CAN BE DONE AS SHOWN (PRESS ONE – HOLD ONE) OR JUST WITH A SINGLE DB AT A TIME
- TRY TO AVOID FULL LOCKOUT AT THE TOP OF THE PRESS (TIME UNDER TENSION)

- USE A WIDE DIP GRIP
- PUT YOUR BODY OVER THE MOVEMENT MORE TO MAKE IT MORE CHEST DOMINANT. DON’T STAY STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN.
- I USED FAT GRIPS TO INCREASE DIFFICULTY
