RDL WITH BAND TENSION ON THE HIPS (PULLING BACKWARD)

 

COACHING POINTS/EXECUTION CUES

  1. USE A LIGHT/MEDIUM BAND WITH NOT TOO MUCH RESISTANCE PULLING BACK ON YOU. YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO REMAIN UPRIGHT AND NOT FALL BACKWARDS. MAKE SURE YOU CAN KEEP YOUR POSITION.
  2. THIS PULLS YOUR HIPS BACK AND MAY MAKE THE MOVEMENT EASIER TO EXECUTE OR SIMPLY JUST FEEL BETTER.
