RDL WITH BAND TENSION ON THE HIPS (PULLING BACKWARD)
COACHING POINTS/EXECUTION CUES
- USE A LIGHT/MEDIUM BAND WITH NOT TOO MUCH RESISTANCE PULLING BACK ON YOU. YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO REMAIN UPRIGHT AND NOT FALL BACKWARDS. MAKE SURE YOU CAN KEEP YOUR POSITION.
- THIS PULLS YOUR HIPS BACK AND MAY MAKE THE MOVEMENT EASIER TO EXECUTE OR SIMPLY JUST FEEL BETTER.
