•16oz canned crab/salmon
•3 whole eggs
•1 1/2cups whole oats
•3 1/2 cups shredded zuchinni
•green onion 2 tbls
•2tbls Dijon mustard
•1 tbls salt free lemon pepper seasoning
• salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together in large bowl, form 7 patties.
Cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes covered then flip and sear for another 10 minutes.
You can also mix 1tbls lemon juice and waldens farms mayonnaise for calorie free dipping!
