- USE THIS AS A PRIMER MOVEMENT…AS SEEN IN THE DAILY TRAINER WARM UPS, AS A CORRECTIVE MOVEMENT, OR AS A STAPLE EXERCISE IN A PROGRAM.
- THIS WILL TEACH YOU TO “STAY UPRIGHT” IN YOUR SQUAT AND DEADLIFTING TRAINING. IT WILL HELP YOUR GLUTE MEDIUS FIRE AND HELP CREATE THE PROPER DRIVING MECHANISMS IN YOUR MOVEMENTS WHEN THEY ARE OVERLOADED/HEAVY.
