Protein Zucchini bread

Makes 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

  1. •4 scoops vegan protein powder any flavor
  2. •1⁄ 2 cup zero-calorie sweetener
  3. •1⁄ 4 cup coconut flour
  4. •1⁄ 4 cup almond flour
  5. •1 1⁄ 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  6. •1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. •1⁄ 2 teaspoon baking soda
  8. •1⁄ 2 teaspoon salt
  9. •1⁄ 4 teaspoon nutmeg
  10. •3 eggs
  11. •1⁄ 2 cup unsweetened applesauce or canned pumpkin
  12. •1⁄ 4 cup almond milk
  13. •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  14. • 1 teaspoon butter flavor
  15. • 400 g shredded zucchinis
  16. •Nonstick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

Mix dry ingredients well. Then add wet ingredients except for zuchinni. Mix well with mixer for 2 minutes. Then fold in shredded zuchinni.

Bake for 50 min 375 degrees.
