ZUCCHINI FRENCH FRIES

– INGREDIENTS –
1-2 medium zuchinni
2 tbls nutritional yeast
Favorite seasoning.1-2 tsps, I like malt vinegar seasoning.
Cooking spray

– DIRECTIONS –
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut zuchinni into long small chunks, place in bag or large bowl, spray lightly with cooking oil, add nutritional yeast and seasoning.
Shake well. Place on baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes.

Per 150grams
8 carbs, 4 protein
