STANDING INCLINE GUILLOTINE PRESS – DIPS SUPERSET

 

COACHING NOTES

  1. I USED A STANDING PREACHER BENCH FOR THE STANDING PRESSES. CAN ALSO BE DONE ON HIGH INCLINE BENCH. USE MED TO WIDE GRIP ON PRESSES. BAR SHOULD COME IN STEEP ON YOUR CHEST (HENCE THE TERM GUILLOTINE)
  2. DIPS CAN BE DONE ASSISTED OR WITH ADDED WEIGHT AS SEEN IN VIDEO. I PREFER CHAINS ON MY NECK BC IT PULLS MY CHEST OVER THE MOVEMENT AND NOT STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN LIKE A TRICEP DIP.
