Cinnamon Sugar Baked Zoats

Zucchini is a great filler when your carbs are low and you’re craving sweet stuff.

INGREDIENTS

– 20g quick oats
– 30g vanilla whey
– 150g shredded zucchini
– 60g egg whites
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– splenda/stevia to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir. Add water until a cake batter consistency is reached.
3. Spray small ramekin with cooking spray  and fill with batter.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
