MUSCLE MEATLOAF
INGREDIENTS
24 oz lean ground beef or choice of lean ground meat.
1 whole egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 tsp each Salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup waldens farms bbq (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Mix together and bake for 25 minutes @ 350
Portion to 4 oz or your portion size.
Makes 6 servings.
