Ingredients: Iceberg lettuce/romaine leafs
Sliced red onion
Lean ground meat cooked to your portion: venison, beef, turkey
1 oz almond cheese/vegan cheese
Dressing: 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Whisk dressing ingredients together.
Layer lettuce leaves in bowl then layer tomatoes, onion, and pickles. Place ground meat and
sprinkle cheese on top and drizzle with dressing.
