24 oz Salmon filet(s)
1/4 cup lemon juice or 1 lemon wedged
1 tsp Dill
2 cloves garlic minced
3-4 carrots peeled
16 oz green beans
Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Season filet with salt and pepper.
Combine juice of lemon, garlic and dill in bowl and mix.
Place salmon filet on a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread lemon mixture on top of salmon.
Put green beans and carrots around salmon on pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
