6 Egg Whites room temp. (No carton or liquid)
½ scoop if your favorite protein. I like using vegan or the MRE lite with this recipe.
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 Tlbs almond flour or can sun coconut flour or omit altogether for lower macros
2 packets stevia or 1 tbls no calorie sweetener
Preheat oven to 375.
Make sure you set the eggs out for a couple hours before separating the egg yolks from the egg whites. Once you separate your eggs put them in a bowl or stand mixer and add cream of tartar. Beat on high until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, protein and stevia.
Slowly add the dry mixture to the egg yolks mixing carefully and folding in without mixing the egg whites down.
Put into a cake pan (spray with non cook spray).
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy brown on surface.
