CHOCOLATE PB PROTEIN CUPS

Ingredients:

Filling:
•36g Powdered Peanut Butter
• One scoop peanut butter protein (I used pescience vegan peanut butter protein powder)
• 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Chocolate:
•unsweetened chocolate bar (1 whole bar)
•2 tbls coconut oil
•2-4 tbls stevia or sugar substitute

Directions:

Mix All filling ingredients together. The ingredients may be somewhat dry. Set aside.  Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a chocolate boiler pan or you can microwave on melt and stir every 30 to 60 seconds. Once melted line a cupcake or muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners. Divide chocolate mix in half and poor equal amounts into each cupcake liner. Freeze for approximately 5-10 minutes.  Once solid divide the peanut butter filling evenly between the 12 cups. You can then freeze for another five minutes. Then pour the rest of the chocolate evenly over the cups and re-freeze again for half hour to hour. These are now ready to eat!
