1 tablespoon monkfruit confectioners blend (or your favorite keto-approved sweetener)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons Greek cream cheese, room temperature and softened
1 tablespoon avocado mayo
1/4 teaspoon instant coffee powder (not liquid)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons monkfruit confectioners
2 tablespoons cream cheese softened and room temp

This recipe makes 3 OREO chaffles.
In a small bowl, whip up the egg.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until the batter is smooth and creamy.
Divide the batter into 3 and pour each in a mini waffle maker and cook it for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until it’s fully cooked.
In a separate small bowl, add the sweetener, cream cheese, and vanilla. Mix the frosting until everything is well incorporated.
Spread the frosting on the waffle cake after it has completely cooled down to room temperature.
