PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN LATTE

APPROX 1/5 OF MIXTURE

5 protein, 2 carbs, 1 fat
INGREDIENTS :
1 scoop Isovide vanilla protein
½ cup plain pumpkin
1 tbls pumpkin spice
1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
¼ cup Walden’s farms syrup
DIRECTIONS :
Mix all together.
Use approximately ⅕ of mixture and mix with ½ cup cold brew or 2 shots of espresso and add ice.
