1 cup steamed rices cauliflower(cooked well)
4 oz egg whites (or half the egg whites and mix ½ scoop favorite vegan protein)
⅛ cup unsweetened almond/cashew milk
1 tsp cinnamon or cocoa
Stevia to taste/ waldens farms syrup
½ tsp Vanilla
⅛ tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients together and microwave for 1-2 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
