Garlic Mashed Cauliflower
-400g of cauliflower florets
-garlic powder, parsley
-1 tbsp. of parmesan cheese (adjust; optional)
-salt and pepper (to taste)
1) Steam the cauliflower, until it’s very soft. You should be able to pierce it very easily with a fork.
2) Blend, or mash cauliflower in a bowl. DRAIN the cauliflower first, so it does not end up watery.
3) Add garlic powder, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper, to suit your taste.
