AEP CALF SEQUENCE
COACHING NOTES
UNILATERAL STANDING CALF RAISE (20 REPS EACH LEG- I DID THEM IN BURSTS)
BANDED DORSIFLEXION – 12 REPS EACH FOOT
- CALF RAISE IS DONE USING MODERATE WEIGHT WITH HIGH REPS. I USED A 2X4 FOR MY DEFICIT AND MESSED AROUND WITH HOW I ALTERNATED EACH SIDE.
- IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED WITH MEDIUM BAND TENSION ON LYING DORSIFLEXION.
