In the name of self improvement we must step outside of what we currently know and into the void. It’s here where we discover new ways to get better and become more well rounded as people, lifters, and athletes.
It’s ok to like certain exercises and we all have our favorite lifts. With that in mind, you should do all the lifts you hate, because those are the ones that are probably going to make you better.
Detachment from your ego is the absolute best way to improve yourself. If you can’t drop your ego, you will fall to those that surrender it in the name of betterment.
