AIR FRYER RECIPES


AVOCADO FRIES


Ingredients:

1 Whole Avocado (NOTE – 100G AVOCADO = 15G FAT)
Salt and pepper
Favorite seasoning (Flavor God Ranch, Malt Vinegar Seasoning, Old Bay)

Directions:

Cut Pitted and Peeled Avocado into thin slices.
Spray air fryer with oil, add avocado in single layer, sprinkle with seasoning.
Set to fry setting and set time to 12 minutes.

Dip the fries into your favorite waldens farms if you like.

CHICKEN TENDERS


Ingredients:

16ounces of chicken tenders
(4-4 oz. servings)
1 tbls coconut flour
1 tbls nutritional yeast
Fry Seasoning

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in bag or large covered container. Add chicken tenders and shake well.
Spray air fryer with oil and layer chicken in single layer. Set to chicken setting. Turn chicken halfway through.

Enjoy!
(Coconut flour and nutritional yeast adds minimal amount of calories)

ZUCCHINI FRIES


Ingredients: 

4 whole medium zucchinis
Nutritional Yeast
Salt and pepper
Favorite seasoning (Flavor God Ranch, Malt Vinegar Seasoning, Old Bay)

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in bag or large covered container. Add zucchini and shake well.
Spray air fryer with cooking oil and layer zuchinni in single layer. Set to fry setting. Turn halfway through. Enjoy!

Makes 2 servings (Zuchinni gives you a lot of bang for your macros!)
