Salmon Avocado Zoodle Pesto
Makes 5 servings (MACROS PER SERVING)

20 oz salmon (bake 350 for until cooked to your liking) I coated my salmon with mustard and basil before baking.
500 grams Zoodles(Zuchinni noodles) and 75 grams onions sauté together for 3 minutes
300 grams avocado
1/2 lemon juice squeezed
3 cloves garlic pressed
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Put pesto ingredients in processor and mix until smooth. Portion out into 5 servings or adjust to your intake requirements.
