Pumpkin & Oats Egg White Pancakes

Carbs: 30
Fats(with peanut butter): 10
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats(blend or use food processor to make flour)
8 oz egg whites or 4 oz egg whites with 1/2 scoop protein
2tsp baking powder
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbls almond/cashew milk (add more if batter thick)
2 packets sweetener/ 1/2 tsp liquid sweetener
Mix all dry ingredients and add wet, make into 8 inch pancakes.
Top with 1 tbls peanut butter
